    No, VINMED pays all long distance telephone charges.

    If I have a problem, will there be someone available for me 24 hours a day?
    Yes, VINMED provides technical support 24/7.

    VINMED does whatever it takes to service our clients. If you need training,
    we offer it over the Internet, the phone or in person, if needed.

    We guarantee a turn around time of 24 hours, but generally get the work done
    in 12-16 hours.
